What methods were used to conduct the research? Why were they appropriate?

A person answered these questions from the article, he answered one of them wrong, I want you to find a wrong part and answer why is it wrong?
I put the link for article down below.
Answers based of article:

1.What two main points did you understand from the abstract?
Although not much is known on translational change in cancer, the dysregulation of transfer RNAs as well as the assisting enzymes that are involved in translation have shown to play a role in cancer development.

A large cohort analysis consisting of around 10,000 cancer patients across 31 cancer cell types from The Cancer Genome Atlas are analyzed to observe the expression of tRNAs and three types of enzymes involved in translation.

One of the findings pointed to the diversity of tRNA alterations in decoding different codons by observing the expression levels from tRNAs gene, codon, amino acid levels.

Another finding was the role of tRNA modification enzymes, aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases, and transcription factors and how they are involved in supporting the overexpression of tRNAs in multiple cancer types.
