Quote and Theme Analysis Project

Description: For this project, you will illustrate your understanding of When I Was Puerto Rican and showcase your analysis skills. You are to choose a topic, find two quotes from the memoir that focus on that topic, and write a theme, which states the author’s message about that topic.

You will then write a deep analysis, centered around your chosen theme and at least explain the use of one literary element (tone, mood, characterization, metaphor, imagery, etc.).
