Coursework summary Using the case study Pathway Trust, you are required to analyse and provide the deliverables set out below.

Deliverables There are three ( A,B,C) parts to this coursework. Make sure that you complete all the three parts.

Part A – Management summary. This section requires you to use information from all of parts of the case study (not just the Appendices). You should use examples from the case study to illustrate any points you make but do not just cut and paste from the case study.

A1. Produce a management summary explaining whether SCRUM with Agile concepts would be an appropriate method to use for the project. Outline any advantages/drawbacks that you perceive. Give examples from the Case Study to support your answer.

In completing this section, you must use examples from the case study to support your discussion. Your answer to this should be in the region of 750 words.

Part B – High level requirements analysis and Moscow prioritization.This section requires you to use information from all of parts of the case study (not just the Appendices). You should use examples from the case study to illustrate any points you make about Grow-Well being picked as the pilot project for the new MIS system.

B1. Produce a list of high-level requirements. Identify a total of 8-10 high level requirements. This is the wish list elicited from the case study and is unprioritized.

B2. Produce a list of requirements from the case study that you feel are inappropriate to be considered at high level requirements and therefore are not included in B1, give your reasons for this.

B3. Use the Moscow rules to prioritise the requirements, produce an updated ‘high level requirements list’ clearly showing the prioritisation you have given to each of your requirements. Your answer to B should be in the region of 1000 – 1250 words.

Part C – Legal, Social, Ethical and Professional issues . The case study provides information about the project. Use the information as well as external sources in Harvard style of referencing to help you complete this part.

C1: Provide two practical examples from the case study that relate to each aspect of Legal, Social, Ethical and Professional Issues (LSEPI) identified as a systems analyst.

C2: Produce a management summary outlining the purpose of a professional body, such as the British Computer Society.

As a part of this, provide contextualised examples to the case study for any two of the BCS Code of Conducts to illustrate how the professional body may guide the choices and decisions of their members. Your answer to C should be in the region of 1000 words.
