Literature Review (10 marks)
Under this subheading, you should attempt to answer the following questions:
- What have other researchers written on your topic? (Do not merely offer a verbatim account of each author’s work, seek to create analytical categories across the discussions and debates)
- What theories and approaches have been utilized to inform previous research?
- Do previous studies agree or disagree? What are your views?
- Are there some flaws in the existing literature to which your study may provide a remedy?
