  • You should present your results in the form of Figures/Tables. Each figure and table must be numbered sequentially, and given a descriptive title and legend. You must describe your results in the text to accompany the figures and tables; each must be referred to within the results text
    • You will need to present your real-time PCR data in a suitable format e.g. amplification plots, dissociation curves and your standard curve
    • The quantification data for the patient samples should be presented in a table
