The Lens Analysis
General Instructions:
We have all thought about aliens, life on other worlds, making contact, space colonies, the meaning of life, etc. Your job for this writing assignment is to use one of the preselected course films as a “Lens” through which to revisit your own personal belief or opinion on a given subtopic. Specifically, you will choose ONE of the films as a tool through which to put your belief/opinion to the test by revisiting it, in a critical way, according to how the film portrays that idea.
To write this 2-3 page paper, you will watch the film and use its contents to revisit and/or reevaluate your personal thoughts. First, you will need to decide on one of our films that stands out to you or causes you to reflect deeply. Try to go with something that you have a strong feeling about, as this will give you a lot to explore. APA Style applies throughout.
