Explain the arguments of the parties who disagree over the issue.
Explain your own feelings about the issue.
Describe your solution or desired outcome.
Recognizing that this is an information age, you should use at least three different forms of sources, such as but not limited to research articles; biographies; monographs.
This paper must follow the MLA Format. You must use five sources total with at least three different types of sources in the report cited properly (parenthetical notation). Your public policy issue should be presented in question form.
