We have a number of incredible roles as a Marketing Assistant working for a global world leading creative digital production agency which has a successful and impressive portfolio of clients. The role requires that you work closely with the Brand Data Manager who is responsible for managing all Digital Asset Management on the platform. You will be an integral part of the team, contributing to their success on every aspect.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement integrated marketing activities to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition via various marketing channels including, but not limited to, PR, social, advertising, brand collaborations, trade events
• Build and maintain relationships with press and bloggers to maximize brand and product publicity
• Develop and execute social content plan and calendar based on group social strategy
• Supervise marketing agencies and / or in-house design team in executing marketing and PR campaigns and promotional design or artwork
• Develop and produce marketing collaterals based on brand guidelines e.g. point-of-sales displays, print advertisements, eDM, digital banners, premium gifts, brochures to support sales and marketing activities.
• Work with eCommerce team to implement and maintain local updates on brand website(s)
• Conduct regular market research and analysis on market landscape, competitor’s analysis, consumer behaviors, media consumption for effective marketing planning
• Support Business Development and Sales with marketing collaterals in securing new business and revenue opportunities
• Plan and implement marketing efforts for any new product and brand openings
• Manage marketing budget and project timelines
• Work closely with Group Marketing team to ensure local marketing efforts are aligned with group guidelines

Requirements:
• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or aviation industry
• Dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasked individual with the capability to articulate business objectives in a compelling manner
• Strong interpersonal skills in communicating with people from different backgrounds and at all levels, both internally and externally
• Excellent project management and time management
• Team player yet able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office, skills in Photoshop and Adobe InDesign is an advantage
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
