The orientation and Week 1 activities required you to critically reflect on the scope of change management, and planned and unplanned change. This assessment requires you to compare your experience of change with current accepted practice(s).
To prepare for this assessment task:
1. Think about your experiences of planned and unplanned change in your personal life, workplace and a broader social context.
2. Reflect on how these experiences of planned and unplanned change impacted on you, and how they shaped your beliefs and feelings about change.
3. Undertake the activities (readings, videos, discussions) in the Orientation week and Week 1 and think about how previous experiences of personal, social and organisational change can affect reactions to future change.
