Brief,

Team had good communicatin setup – whatsup to discuss related issues and assign role and responsibility for each member (3). One of the member (Hannah) has also set up a Gmail shared account and upload the assignment to shared folder so other member can add/edit the assignment.

However, there was gap of communication between the members on the status of the assignment. Despite, sending couple of reminder via e-mail but no response received.

One member was from the UK, another from Brazil and I from UAE. Hannah has started the idea, leading, the group discussion and setup (whatsup) and Gmail. She is also, contributed to couple of discussion posts (proactive role). Cristine, most of the time, keep quite, despite she was participating in some posts.
