INSTRUCTIONS:
Write at least one full page, double-spaced letter to your Early Adulthood self, based on the section of development we are studying in the semester.

The primary task for these letters is to deliver a message to yourself given your insights from the reading material and other experiences about what your younger, current, and older self should know, etc. Make them personal and informal.

This time its for Early Adulthood self(18-25), I have attached the powerpoint notes to give you an idea. Also I have attached other self letter.

Use the following questions below to guide your thought:
A. What is occurring during the given period of development (biopsychosocial, emotional content)?

B. What you needed at this stage (e.g., What care did you receive? What care did you not receive? Were preoccupations present? What were they? What were predominant feelings during this period? What were your strengths? What were areas for growth?)

C. What do you need to know during this stage in order to thrive?
D. How does spirituality play into your development during this time?

– In meantime, I Started reading daily devotion book, got very close with God. I was very serious about my spiritual time. This was my turning point for my spiritual life

– Then I got another job at local church as a preschool teacher then that’s when I developed counseling heart for kids. ( I always had passion for kids growing up)
– The local church does mission trips so I start volunteering local outreach and also I went to mission trip to Brail. I felt like I was leaving the best life ever by doing God’s work.
