Develop a plan that is guided by the chosen theory. The reasoning in selecting and applying the theory to the practice issue should be clear and logical throughout the assignment.

Describe the selected theory further- theorist, type of theory and why, key concepts and their relationships, overview of research done using the theory particularly that relevant to your practice situation. Provide a DIAGRAM of the theory.
Plan: Describe a project to address the practice issue (use of Neuraxial/Spinal ANESTHESIA to control pain postoperatively in hip and knee surgery).
Include: 1) at least two measurable outcome objectives (PAIN CONTROL and PATIENT SATISFACTION). Use specific strategies indicating who, what, where, when, how the plan would be implemented, and how the outcomes objectives would be evaluated. Explain how the theory informed the content and/or process of the plan.
Format – APA 7th scholarly writing style and format, all sources cited and referenced per APA format.
