• Ensure that your recommendations are eviden. based (evidence-based research) and backed up with adequate references.

• Ensure that your recommendations are practical, realistic and appropriate for meeting the needs of the service users for your chos. setting
5. Conclusion- Summarise key findings, don’t just provide a repeat of your introduction – 200-250 words (10% of your word count)

6. References- Use a minimum of 10 references (4 references per 1,000 words) (Use sources in the last 5 years unless you are using the information fora historic purpose)

7. Appendix — You must ensure that the information in your appendix i.e., charts, diagrams, pictures) have been mentioned in your essay. Don’t just include an appendix for the sake of having one.
