How do you demonstrate black and positively golden at your HBCU or community?

The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), and McDonald’s are proud to offer financial assistance to outstanding students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Thirty-Three (33) scholars will be selected to receive a scholarship up to $15,000 for the 2021-2022 academic school year ($7,500 per semester), which can only be applied to verifiable costs associated with average tuition and usual fees.
Questions:
• Answer the following video interview questions (1-2 mins for each question):
Question#1: Do you consider yourself a changemaker? An individual that helps institute positive growth for your school? For your community? If so, how & why?

• Baseball Team – Captain 10th -12 grade
• National Honor Society – Member 9th grade
• Leadership class – 10th grade
• Detroit Police Athletic League – RBI community service cleaning recreational parks and centers.
• Clothing Charity – 1 year
• Honor Roll – 9th-12th grade
• Scholar Athlete – 9th- 12th grade
• Studying – Computer Science
• GPA – 4.07
