Quantitative research design was used for this study to compare the effectiveness of two teaching methods used for the business communication course at a private sector business school.
According to Creswell (1994), numerical data is collected in quantitative research that is later analyzed with the help of mathematically based methods.
Pre-test and post-test results were used as a primary data collection tool.
