Who should be role models for teenagers?
From films to sports to politicians to teachers to coaches to social media influencers to and on and on… There are numerous role models within the world today. The ever-expanding virtual community offers not only celebrity or high-profile role models, but everyday internet users with social media accounts as potential role models for teens.
Suggestion: This essay seems simple, but it is not. You’ll want to deliver a focused, well-researched paper. You are NOT choosing a specific individual but rather a “persona” (i.e. a coach or social media influencer) and offering support as to “why” and and “what” ways does this sort of individual encompass a role model.
Consider defining what that kind role model is to the community and then present themes, history, or family dynamics, etc… For example, choosing an NFL quarterback could be supported by examining how athletes inspire the public community (specifically the role of a quarterback as a leader for a team) – psychology, philosophy, and even college essay on the Olympics might help to reinforce this position
