1. Assignment Title: Charity Marathon PID (Part 2: Project Schedule and Budget)

2. Description of the assignment:
1) This assignment is based on a fictitious project described in the Charity Marathon PID document. Your task is to present the sections on the Risk management, Stakeholders management and management of implementation and evaluation of the project to the Fund Director for approval.
2) You should submit one MS PowerPoint with the following structure:
a. Title slide showing the word count of notes
b. Outline of the presentation
c. Brief summary of the Promotion project incl. critical assessment of the organisational structure
d. Brief summary and assessment of the project schedule and budget (e.g. start,finish, critical activities, cost)
e. Project risk register
f. Project risk management strategies
g. Project stakeholders
h. Project stakeholders’ management strategies
i. Recommendations for monitoring and controlling the project
j. Recommendations for evaluating the project
k. References
3) The presentation should have maximum 10 slides (excluding the title page).
4) The presentation should be accompanied with the notes (max 1,000 words) and voice-over (max 10 minutes long).
5) All references should follow the Harvard style of referencing
6) Failing to meet any of the requirements above will incur a penalty of 10%
