Why whales should not be hunted for food

Whales are the largest animals in the world and they are known for their big body size. They are said to feed and breastfeed their young ones and with this, they can bond with them where they get to teach them the required life skills they require to survive. They are mammals just like humans who are cold-blooded and are majorly found in the deep seas. The number of whales across the globe has been on a decreasing level where they have been hunted down for their meat and blubber.

The blubber helps in insulating them from the cold deep-sea waters and keep their bodies warm. The ways have had a lot of benefits to the sea which helps in making the sea a better place for the other animals and an habitant for sea plants too. The whales can grow to a maximum of one hundred feet to 200 tones which makes it the largest animal.

They are usually found in almost all the oceans in the world and they mate, feed, rare their young ones in the sea and they live all their lives in the sea. There are usually two types of whales which include the baleen and the toothed whales
