Critically apply diagnostic, practical and creative skills to analyse and evaluate a range of business solutions in differing business contexts and using strategic theories and frameworks.

1) Undertake a critical review of the key dimensions of strategic management – Analysis, Evaluation, Choice & Implementation;

This assignment will allow students to develop their analytical skills by applying relevant strategic analysis frameworks and will allow the evaluation of the strategic position of an organisation.

This will include the relationship between strategic choices / remedies and the critical application of appropriate academic theories and frameworks, including an appreciation of emerging models, and change management issues when organisations implement new strategies.
