Based on your Week 10 final evaluation, review the evaluation with your faculty member. Reflect on the experience of your clinical this last quarter. Determine how you worked on meeting the MSN program outcomes and FNP concentration outcomes. Your response needs to specifically state ways in which you have worked towards meeting these outcomes during this practicum rotation.

Please ensure that your preceptor completed your evaluation in the Typhon system prior to meeting with your faculty member and that all 180 hours are completed.
