( write about an NFL Sports agent)

What is your dream job in Sports? Have you ever wondered what type of job you  could get within your favorite sport organization? This project investigates your favorite sport league, or sport franchise from the inside out. Focus should be placed on individual jobs within your chosen organization, qualifications, and chain of command. This project you will identify specific positions within a given sport property, and develop an understanding for what it takes to secure that position.

You will outline an organizational structure currently being used in either a professional or collegiate sporting organization either domestically or abroad. Create an organizational chart that clearly outlines every position within the organization, or for larger sport properties, the entire department. You can create an organizational chart by using the Inspiration Maps App that is posted in our Canvas course. You can also create an organization chart by using Smart Art in Microsoft Word, or any other program you are in.

Then elaborate on each position, job duties, minimum job requirements, and how one can be promoted within that organization. Describe which of those positions appeals to you the most, and why. By understanding how organizations work, and the division of labor, you should be able to conceptualize which positions appeal to you, and which ones do not. Try to describe each position, and the responsibilities that that position requires. Get a feel for that organizations potential for upward mobility, and pay attention to the specific job requirements that candidates must possess.
