As business leaders, it is our responsibility both to anticipate the future of work as well as to serve as strategic agents that help reinvent this future. To do this we must be aware of the critical externalities driving change. Equally important, however, is our translation of this awareness into strategic action that can help impact the direction of this future to the betterment of all stakeholders.
