Title: Why we Christians Worship on Sunday and not on the Sabbath day

Explain and write about the sabbath using scripture.

When did the sabbath worshipers transition from worshiping on Saturday to Sunday?

What was the experience of the Sabbath?

What was the defining moment mentioned in the scripture that caused them to worship on Sunday?

When did they first convert to become Christians?

weave in the following from my previous paper:

Christians began observing it on Sunday after Jesus’ resurrection from the dead in order to set themselves apart from those who did not believe that Jesus was the Messiah, as well as in honor of the day of their Savior’s resurrection (Siniscalchi, 2012). Worshiping God was integral to Samuel’s life from the beginning to the very end, providing an example of true devotion to God (Reid, 2009).

The Jewish people were expected to keep the Sabbath without exception. While traditionally the Sabbath was observed on Saturday, after Jesus’ resurrection occurred on a Sunday, the day of worship changed to celebrate his life and salvation (Siniscalchi, 2012).

The Lord made it clear that worship is important to him in First and Second Samuel. He does not accept partial allegiance but rather desires Christians’ devotion and love.
