Important aspects to include are demonstration of knowledge about Organisational Behaviour (OB) theory and research and applying OB knowledge to analyse the causes of behaviour in the workplace at an individual, team and organisational level.

King and Lawley 2016 must be one of the main references, as well as Mintzberg 1985. Other references could be based on the research of topics falling under each question, but they must be from the articles, journals, books and other strong references.
