Find at least one credible secondary source and explain how the source helps define, or helps a reader understand, the complexities of family or love.

Topic: Find at least one credible secondary source that relates to a literary work from or the theme of this module.

Explain how the source helps define, or helps a reader understand, the complexities of family or love.

(Hint: you will probably want to look ahead at the essay prompts and find a source you could use for Essay 2. Also remember that your secondary source will not be a literary work, but an article that helps you analyze and make an argument about your chosen literary work.)

Technical requirements:
200+ words of relevant content without any first-person references (I, me, my) or use of “you” unless in a quote from the source

At least one direct quote, properly punctuated and integrated smoothly into your sentences. Remember that integrating a quote means including an introductory phrase before the quote AND a comment/explanation after.

Clearly-organized paragraphs with transition words/phrases between new ideas and examples (not one giant block of text)

MLA document format and citations (in-text + Works Cited entry)
