INVESTIGATION TOOL/METHOD: Human Factors Investigation Tool (HFIT) process. AREA OF FOCUS: Situation Awareness of the accident.

1) Provide an Introduction on the importance of Situation Awareness, how it effects human factors, and how it can contribute to accidents.

2) There are seven elements of Situation Awareness within the HFIT model. Each element will describe a brief correlation to human error, as it occurred in the accident report. Provide a descriptive brief for all (7) elements of Situation Awareness, as it occurred in the accident investigation.
