Personal Development Plan

Introduction (approx. 250 words)

In the introduction you should include a hook to raise interest in the topic, some background to the topic, and an outline to clarify what you are going to discuss in the assignment.

As the focus of the assignment is reflection on learning, you may wish to include a definition of reflection or state why it is useful to reflect on learning.

You may also want to talk about the different ways you have reflected on your learning – weekly, in your Reflective Logs, after completing a Development Episode, and now at the end of the course.

Choose a reflective model to use in your work – look back to week 6 on Weblearn. You can find a folder on Reflection with background, models and useful language to use in your work. Explain why you chose the model – did you like the simplicity, or did you prefer a more detailed structure

In your outline, remember to state the aim of your work (reflecting on your learning during the module and tell the reader the topics you are going to focus on).
