Taxes

1. Research the current tax structure in the USA, Canada, UK, and Brazil

2. Assume everyone that is taxed is a family of four. That way we can cut down on the variable of single/Married/# of children.

3. Come up with income brackets. For example: 0-10,000, 10,000-50,000, 50,000-100,000, 100,000-250,000, 250,000+ You decide what brackets to create. You may only have one tax bracket (flat tax) or 20. It’s up to you!

4. Decide on a tax percent for each income bracket you created in Step three.

5. Defend your tax system.

6. Use one of our three ethical theories from the chapter four Matrix to defend your decision. Consequentialism, Deontology or Virtue Theory.
