This assignment is for the in depth analysis of the chosen disaster (The Exxon Valdez Oil Spill) in regards to Prevention/Protection efforts.
If you have chosen natural disasters for their emergencies, some of the capabilities are not applicable. Indicate in your analysis that these are not applicable.
Focus your analysis more on the common capabilities for this paper (Planning, Public Information, Ops Coordination).
Your analysis should consider the following Core Capabilities:
