Colon Cancer
For this project, you will prepare a case study article. These types of articles present unique findings from a case, either because the circumstances or pathogenesis of the condition is unusual, or because a new treatment or outcome of treatment is involved in the patient’s care.
For this assignment you will need to choose one of the following conditions listed. Your case study will include a patient presentation, differential diagnosis, treatment (both chiropractic and cooperative care by other healthcare practitioners), as well as a conclusion to your case.
