Electronic Medical Record Systems
There are several Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems on the market and healthcare providers are busy looking at various systems. For our learning activity in this session, research and choose any EMR and describe the capabilities of the chosen system.
Here is some criteria to use in your evaluation:
Cost, Complexity, Control/Security, Framework, Features, and Usability.
Write a 500-750 word essay-style paper (excluding cover page and references) that is APA formatted and double spaced.
Do not use question and answer format. Use appropriate headings within your paper to address the various questions.
Although quoted material can be used, it will not count toward the word count requirement. All written assignments require at least two scholarly (peer-reviewed) references and Biblical perspective.
