Portfolio Management Project

Prepare a Fact Sheet for your investors.

The priority of the fact sheet is to convey information to your investors, such as your strategy, fund size, management fees, performance, main holdings, and risks.

Your priority as fund manager is to advertise your fund and present it in the best possible light to attract more investors.

Include a short biography for each fund manager (i.e., each team member). Make sure to play up your expertise and why you make such a good fund manager.

Your investment objective/strategy, e.g., what was your investment strategy, and what did your fund attempt to achieve this quarter?

Fund size (Net Worth) at the end of the quarter as well as the beginning of the quarter.

Are you going to be charging any fees?
— If so, then which ones and why? — If not, then how do you plan on keeping the fund running (i.e., pay operating expenses)?

Based on your management fees, as a percentage of Net Worth of the fund at the end of the quarter, what is your income as fund manager?
