Read this and consider the following equally weighted questions:
Identify and critically analyse a key area of development in the industry over the last 3 years. Use evidence to show how this is impacting (and is likely to impact) the industry.
(Note: this should not be about Covid-19 Pandemic, but about developments that are likely to change the nature and structure of the industry. Examples such as risk management; consumer preference for electric vehicles, Government regulations etc).
Using the example of a specific company, use theory to explore what strategies/policies might management adopt in order to make their company success sustainable in the changing environment.
