Examine the differences between domestic HRM and global HRM, or international human resource management (IHRM).

Analyze the different issues facing HRM in becoming qualified and knowledgeable about each foreign location proposed by the organization and looking at issues of language, culture, and legal aspects of each country while also considering foreign assignments for domestic employees or hiring expatriates to fill those needs in countries where the organization chooses to operate globally.
