Terrorism and Homeland Security
After reading Chapter 1 of Jonathan White’s “Terrorism and Homeland Security”, answer the following questions…
1. Why is it not possible to combine both schools of criminology to terrorism? What is lacking in the first approach?
2. What are the ways that criminal behavior is different from terrorist behavior? What similarities are found in both criminal and terrorist behaviors? Should law enforcement approach the two in the same manner? Provide examples to demonstrate your reasoning.
