POTATO OXIDASE
Prepare three clean test tubes. Label test tubes 1 to 3.
Pipette 1 mL of catel solution and small amount of potato extract in tube 1.Pipette 1mL water and a small amount of potato extract in tube 2.
Pipette 1 mL of catel solution and 1 mL water in tube 3.
Mix the contents of the tube by shaking gently and place in a water bath at 37 deg. C.
Examine the tubes after 5 minutes by holding up to light. Record the results.
