One of the method can be a surgical abortion. The advantage of this surgery is 99% effectiveness when doing the surgery also it is control when doctor performing the surgery. Most women are normal when they come out some has to recover. The disadvantage when doing this process you can get infection or blood clots. I think this most inconvenient method is surgery but everything always come with a risk. I don’t think any method doesn’t have risk pills, or any other method comes with a risk.
