In unit 4, you will turn in and present a PowerPoint presentation using Porters Five Forces to evaluate an organization (your organization if you would like).
The presentation should be between 7-12 slides.
You will be expected to present the following: Industry Background Organizational Background Analysis Based on Each of the Five Forces:
1.Threat of New Entrants
2.Bargaining Power of Buyers
3.Threat of Substitute Product or Services
4.Bargaining Power of Suppliers
5.Rivalry among existing competitors
