You will continue to develop the cultural competency course for the organization established in the previous assignment.

Research the following:
The subject matter of the course
Industry standards regarding the subject matter

Identify the course audience.
Who are the learners?
How much do they know about the subject?
Are they new hires, experienced employees, or a mix of the two?
What is their education level?
What demographic information is available about your audience? Think about the age, gender, education level, and computer literacy level of your audience.
What skills and knowledge do the learners bring with them to the course?
What are their learning styles?

Use the learning objectives from the prior week. Answer all questions and fill in all areas.

Cite a minimum of 5 peer-reviewed scholarly sources to support your assignment.

Format your assignment and references according to APA guidelines.
