I just got word that one of our homeowners is leaving because of your specific behavior Mike. I wanted to tell you that this park can’t run if we keep losing good owners. Bill was passionate about this park and always stayed in touch with Alyn. He also has been in contact with the bank. According to what I read, they want to sell the lot, and talking to other homeowners, they are saying it is because of you and Jeff and a police report from July that Bill sent to me back in July. I think you should be embarrassed for allowing this to happen. You must rethink what can happen to bring a new person into his spot for all of us. If you get the wrong person in his spot it could be bad for a lot of us. I also want to say you are the one here who is wrong and maybe you need to move out. You haven’t followed to rules in many ways and have done nothing to make the park better. I contacted the Pequot police to get a free report, and they sent me the following. I think you need to rethink what you have done here, and if you have that much hate maybe sit down with Bill and talk. I do not want to see them leave and I’m going to bring this up for discussion at the next meeting as your newbies just push out those that come in that don’t fit your idea of who should be here. Jeff has done this on more than one occasion with renters. I would rather see you leave then Bill and Janet leave as it is impacting the park in a negative way with owners being pushed out.
