Assume you work in a psychiatric hospital with a population age group between 14-18+ for the past 5 months. You are a person of color that comes from a cultural community that does not believe in mental health and you would hope as a counselor to help change that in your community. You are a research assistant for a research project that helps in-risk youth with their setting and mental health through evidence-based research. You have been a RA for 1.5 years now.
