ASSIGNMENT

Provide the details and results of personal stress and self-care questionnaires .

What does a student’s personal stress look like ?

Students can accumulate a lot of stress from the financial burden universities and colleges can be. To being a full time student and full time worker then throw in other bills that need to be paid to stress from family relationships, friend relationships and even person relationships.

Using the results of the questionnaires, what are some ways to cope with stress? How does a student personally cope (i.e., diet, exercise, faith)?

Some ways to cope with stress can be physical activity such as sports, running, yoga, to changing your diet and even praying sometimes can help some people. Some ways a student can cope is by listening to music and playing soccer

Identify the risks of stress. What are the biopsychosocial effects of stress on the body, both short-term and long-term? What factors put students at risk for stress and disease?

What networks, groups, or local resources are available for support ?

How can personal experiences and knowledge help a client/patient?
