B. The steps and order to follow when graphing a function are the following:
1. Horizontal Shift/ Translation
2. Horizontal and vertical stretch or shrink
3. Reflections across the x and y axes
4. Vertical Shift/ Translation
One example is the function: f(x)= -2(x+4)^2 +5The first thing we do is the horizontal shift, four to the left
Secondly, we apply the vertical stretch by 2
Next, we reflect the graph over the x-axis
Lastly, we can shift the graph upwards by 5 units.

All these steps above demonstrate the correct way to do multiple transformations of a function
