Selecting Wadjda that was screened during the semester as one of your case study, students are to tackle issues of concerning contemporary issues of film practice (social, political / historical and cultural).
This has to be connected back to arguments made in the academic field. The theoretical framework discussed this semester which would anchor your research would be: representation, (subverting) stereotype, disability studies, third cinema, social realism, feminist film theory, masculinities, and NQC) .
You will formulate your own research question.
