Final Health Behavior Change Paper

For this project, you will

a) identify a behavior change that would contribute to your health (e.g., eat healthier and exercise regularly) and

b) develop and implement a 6-week program targeting that behavior.

Your program should be tailored to YOU and must be guided by aspects of at least two health behavior change theories/models discussed in your textbook (see Chapter 3) Health Psychology Book by Shelley Taylor and Annette Stanton.

You will NOT be evaluated in terms of your success in achieving your behavioral health goal, but rather in terms of your understanding of why you were or were not successful.
