Read the Realtor Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. Find a recent (within the last year) news story about any of the 17 articles in the code of ethics.

In order to receive credit you must include the link to the news article and write a 1 page written summary and opinion of the article and how it relates to the Realtor code of ethics.

Extra Credit: Receive 5 extra points if the selected article relates to fair housing, April is Fair Housing Month.
