Overview:
In this assignment, you will select one of three questions and produce a literature review where you will synthesise key research in educational change. Your literature review should focus on ‘processes of change’ and the questions are linked to the overall course content.

Details:
Select ONE of the following three questions to write your literature review on, with particular focus on processes of change. These questions are intentionally broad to enable you to take the direction that is of relevance to you and your learning/work.

1. How might children and young people be involved in effective processes of educational change for improvement? What are the possibilities and challenges?
2. What is the role of emotion when engaged in processes of educational change?
3. In what ways might ‘perceptions of risk’ impact on possibilities for educational change?
To prepare for this assignment, you should watch the two videos in the Assignment 1 section of the Assignment briefcase: Part 1 – Getting started, and Part 2 – Writing.
Additional requirements
• Your literature review should use the font Arial or Times New Roman size 12.
• Double-spaced with 2.54 cm margins.
• Writing should be informative, concise and technically accurate, and include correct APA referencing style.
• Arguments should be consistently clear, well-focused and informed by relevant research and literature.
