Clinician attitudes on collaborative care in interprofessional rural settings
This paper needs to be a integrated review of literature describing social worker/behavioral health in collaborative interprofessional (primary) care settings.
Must include the research question in the title, discussion of collaborative care model, and quantitative and qualitative research findings from the literature including the standardized scales used and interviews/focus groups from previous literature, this must include mention of primary care providers and behavioral health/social work attiudes.
This literautre review will be finished with a with research findings from my local findings of clinician attitudes using the Assessment of Interprofessional Team Collaboration Scale (AITCS). paper must be 6-8 pages. Grading rubric and reference list to be used for source information and apropriate APA citations is attached.
