Business Solution: Tech student incubator in university (for students and alumni only and is free of charge)
tech part it will mostly be software incubator. This is going to be none profit of course because done at university for students and alumni. it will include mentorship and advisory services (some will volunteer as coaching some will get paid to make workshops e.g. per hour 40 usd, some will be organized by people running the incubator and will cost nothing)
Main cost:
Space/coworking space: free of charge assumed to be covered by university
1-1 Coaching, mentorship and advisory services: some free if voluntary some will be paid e.g. 40-50 usd an hour. there will be approximately 50 hours of workshops in period of 6 months.
electricity bills: none – assumed to be covered by university
equipment: (like computers desktops keyboard mouse internet wires = reuse/rent university equipment’s to cut cost for free assumed to be covered by university)
budget for networking: to attend certain events convention and exhibitions etc some free some with fee this wont exceed 4 paid events in period of 6 months)
