Respond to the various fitness misconceptions presented by your classmates. You will need to you need to respond to at least 3 of the claims/concepts presented by your classmates. These ideally should be from 3 different classmates, but if not, create a new post for each of the claims/concepts you respond to.

Address how close to the truth is the presented statement. Additionally create your own restatement of the original claim/concept to make it as true as possible. Secondary posts should be at least 300 words each.

Provide use at least one credible reference per claim/concept you respond to in order to support your work (“listicles” from health.com, bodybuilding.com, Buzzfeed, etc.. are NOT acceptable.

These are more likely to contain myths, misconceptions, partial truths, and 2 misleading statements themselves!) Peer-reviewed journal articles, and sometimes government and medical organization websites are credible. https://scholar.google.com/ and http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed are your friends!
